Life-changing solar technology launched

Nestled on the northern part of South Africa’s Gauteng is a poor rural community. It is here where a local South African company in partnership with a United Kingdom (UK) based company launched one of the world’s latest house and street lighting solar technologies and also an LED light that reduces street light electricity consumption by up to 70%. The launch was held on Friday 27 February 2015.
